General Personal Training Programs
Lemkin specializes in a wide variety of personal training and workout routines – including exercise for the elderly. His general personal training services include:

Semi-private training is 2-6 people in an intimate training session. You still get all the attention you receive during a private session but at a fraction of the cost. Workouts are customized towards the needs of the individuals and may involve kettlebells, barbells, TRX, stability balls, dumbbells, medicine balls, and battling ropes. Sessions may be scheduled by clicking on the “Register for Classes” tab.
Semi-private membership rates:
- 1 session/week – $99/month
- 2 sessions/week – $129/month
- 3 sessions/week – $149/month
- 4 sessions/week – $169/month
All memberships automatically renew from month to month but there are no longer term contracts and membership may be terminated or put on hold at any time.
