For his personal training programs, Lemkin’s goal is to reverse the negative effects of our current culture – that is, today’s lifestyle of sitting at a desk or on a couch without being active.
“I will never put a client on a machine because that puts them back in the seated position that caused problems in the first place,” Lemkin says. “The Functionally Active Fitness personal training programs are designed to get people moving – and because of this, they’re challenging, fun and efficient for people of all ages and abilities.”
